$500 a month, plus 20% of what Delta proves it added.
No lift, no performance fee. And no platform fee at all until we have shown you a real number from your own store.
Not tiered by traffic, orders or revenue. It covers what it costs to run Delta on your store: reading the ad account, profiling every creative, composing the matched session, running Paige and maintaining the measurement pipeline.
Not revenue Delta touched or was near. Revenue is measured against a control group running on your own store, billed on the lower bound of the measured range and floored at zero. If measured incremental revenue is zero, your performance fee is $0.
You keep 80 cents of every incremental dollar, and all of the revenue Delta had nothing to do with.
Where the fee comes from.
Only one band of your revenue is ever billable, and it is the one that would not have existed without Delta.
Put your own numbers in.
We have no lift data to show you, because nobody has run this yet. So rather than quote a figure, here is the arithmetic with your revenue and a lift assumption you choose. That lift is hypothetical. It is not a forecast, and it is not a claim about what Delta will produce on your store.
Monthly revenue from Meta
$2,500,000Revenue your store already earns from Meta-driven traffic.
A hypothetical lift
9.0%You pick this. It is an assumption for the math, not a measured result.
Per month, and rounded. The real figure comes from a control group running on your own store, billed on the lower bound of the range and floored at zero. We model this with you against your actual numbers before you start.
No platform fee until your first lift report.
Delta installs and starts running. Billing begins when there is a real number to show you, not when the calendar says so. If the number never arrives, neither does the bill.
This is not a trial. It is the same deal in month twelve.
Why it works this way
Plenty of ecommerce software bills on revenue it merely touched, and those relationships end in audits. A control group removes the argument, because it runs on your store at the same moment and against the same promotions. What is left over is the only revenue worth billing for.
If an agency brought you here
Participating agency partners earn a share of the performance fee, never the platform fee. Everyone is paid on the same thing: revenue that would not have existed otherwise. Nobody in the arrangement gets paid for activity.
