Nacelle Delta: your Meta data and how to delete it

• An access token Meta issues for your business. It is stored encrypted and is never shown in the app.
• The id and name of the ad account you selected, and your business name when Meta provides it.
• Copies of your ads' headlines, primary text, images, and video, which we publish to our content network so your storefront can display them.
• Analyses we generate from those ads (angle, claims, and scores), and a record of each time we read your ad account.

In your Shopify admin, open Nacelle Delta → Meta Ads and click Disconnect. We delete the access token immediately and stop reading your ad account. We remove your ad content from your storefront: it stops appearing within 24 hours, and a shopper's browser may keep a copy for up to one hour. Your analyses are kept, so they are still visible in the app until you delete them.

After disconnecting, click Delete my Meta Data on the same page. We delete everything listed above that came from Meta or was generated from it. Database backups that may contain this data are deleted automatically within one day.

Uninstalling removes Nacelle Delta from your storefront immediately. Shopify notifies us 48 hours after you uninstall, and we then automatically disconnect and delete all of your Meta data as described above.

Deleting your data in Nacelle Delta does not remove the app from your Meta business. To do that, go to your business portfolio's Business settings → Integrations → Connected apps and remove Nacelle Delta.

If a disconnect or deletion doesn't finish, or you can't reach your Shopify admin, email support@nacelle.com and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

We keep a record of when your store connected, disconnected, and deleted its data. It contains no Meta data.
